Sintez Oil Innovation

Sintez Oil develops advanced industrial lubricants and service solutions that help reduce downtime, improve energy efficiency, and support cleaner, more sustainable production.

In our production processes, the polymer structure is carefully dispersed in an aqueous medium using surfactants, ensuring stable, homogeneous dispersions with high application performance in industrial processes.

Our styrene-acrylic dispersions are mainly used in:

At Sintez Oil Trans, our goal is not only to manufacture products, but also to provide sustainable and competitive solutions developed in line with our customers' process requirements.

In the next section, the technical specifications and application areas of each styrene-acrylic dispersion in our product portfolio will be presented separately.

Water-Based Polymer Dispersion

DISAKROL 505

It is an aqueous dispersion of a styrene and complex acrylic acid ester copolymer, obtained by emulsion polymerization. Does not contain plasticizers. Stabilized with anionic surfactants, with increased frost resistance requirements.

Key Features:

  • High pigment capacity
  • Frost resistance of paints based on Disakrol-505 dispersion — up to 5 cycles
  • Compatibility with various binders (silicate, silicone, etc.)
  • Good penetrating ability into porous substrates
  • High resistance to mechanical mixing
  • High water and alkali resistance
  • Good vapor permeability

Application Areas:

Due to its optimally balanced properties, Disakrol-505 can be recommended for use as a binder in the production of the following materials:

  • Facade and interior paints
  • Primers, putties and relief plasters for exterior and interior work
  • Fire-retardant compounds
  • Adhesive compositions
